Group Technical Lead – Paper & Packaging Industry ð

ð¹ Position: Group Technical Lead
ð¹ Industry: Paper & Packaging
ð¹ Location: National (Travel required)
ð¹ Experience: 10+ years in the industry
ð¹ Qualification: Relevant degree in Engineering/Technical field
ð¹ Reporting to: COO
Budget Controls on a national level and Staff Controls on a national level will be a must HAVE.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

â Oversee and manage technical teams across multiple locations in South Africa.
â Provide strategic advice to the COO on operations, efficiency, and business optimisation.
â Drive continuous improvement across plants, processes, and systems.
â Ensure technical excellence in production, maintenance, and innovation.
â Implement best practices for cost reduction, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

â Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in Paper & Packaging.
â Ability to travel nationally as needed.
