SUMMARY:
DBN000035 – TECHNICAL MANAGER – (BALLITO)

Purpose of the Job:
To lead and manage the technical aspects of large-scale commercial solar projects, ensuring efficient design, implementation, and troubleshooting. This role oversees teams, ensures compliance, and provides technical support and training.

Required Qualifications:

Electrical Engineering Degree (advantageous)
Experience in large-scale commercial solar projects
Strong understanding of solar energy systems
Willingness to travel as required
AutoCAD or similar drawing experience require

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and commissioning of large-scale commercial solar plants
Design and review single-line diagrams for solar plants
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and ensure compliance with SANS requirements
Manage and coordinate multiple teams across branches
Communicate effectively with management and customers
Provide technical support to the operational team
Train and mentor technicians for continuous improvement
