Lexdan Select is assisting a client in the Oil & Gas sector with their search for a Technical Manager, based in Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Relevant Engineering degree
10+ years of experience
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
Maintenance and project management experience
Background in the oil & gas sector or related industries

Responsibilities:

Coordinates contract maintenance crews and required equipment
Inspects, checks and tests completed work for conformity to industry standards
Lead and manage site improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
Develop and implement maintenance strategies that enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime
