POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify procurement demands and execute the purchase of goods and services to meet operational needs.
• Process and manage purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) management to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Engage with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing activities with production schedules.
• Analyze and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure procurement accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance for continuous improvement.

• National Diploma in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a buying role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the aerospace sector.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools, with strong computer literacy.
• Familiarity with BOMs and the ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
