Senior Technical Business Analyst

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems.
Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst include improving corporate data reliability, streamlining business operations, implementing technology solutions, and creating technical reports.

Responsibilities
· Analyze business needs and provide technology solutions that meet those needs
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications
· Perform data analysis to support business decision making
· Implement, configure and test feasible solution
· Work closely with project management and software developers to design and implement solutions
· Conduct system testing to ensure requirements have been met
· Provide user training and support
· Create and present reports to technical and non-technical team members
· Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments

Qualifications
· Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data and business processes.
· Understanding of technology frameworks and software to analyse the technical needs of the business.
· Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may impede business operations or project delivery.
· Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications using effective communication skills.
· Experience in project management and ability to work collaboratively with project teams, including stakeholders, developers, and designers.
· Proficient in various business modeling techniques, such as SWOT analysis, data modeling, process modeling etc.
· Detail-oriented approach to handle multiple tasks at the same time while ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
