Our international clients, offering design, construction, maintenance, inspection, and repair services that optimize tank efficiency, safety, and operational and environmental performance, is recruiting for a professional and efficient Technical Advisor / Installation Supervisor for a petrochemical role commencing during August 2025.

POSITION INFO:
Summary of the Position:
The Technical Advisor / Installation Supervisor is defined as the senior person on site responsible for maintaining the daily performance goas of completing the over project objectives: on spec / on budget / on time whilst meeting the client expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversees that the installation of the projects is done according to the Company’s standards and the supervisor ensures the Inspection Test Plan process is being followed:
• Follows safety rules and ensures a safe working environment. Supervise that the plant employees follow the rules and correct them if necessary.
• Managing and leading the installation teams and local contractors who may not be familiar with the job, explaining the installation according to the installation manuals / drawings.
• Drafting method statement for the project to be executed, during execution oversees that the project is drafted according to the roadmap.
• Actively participates in the preparation of projects, providing input to the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
• Makes improvement proposals with respect to installation manuals, design and methods.

• Leading / coaching teams.
• Reading and understanding drawings.
• Fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at height.
• Up to 80% travel.
• 5 years’ previous experience in the construction industry.
• Computer literate.
