Are you a detail-oriented and strategic professional with a passion for technical proposals and business development?

We are seeking a Proposal Manager to support the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and financial proposals for various projects.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals that align with client requirements and industry standards.

POSITION INFO:

Your Responsibilities:

Develop detailed technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather relevant data for proposals.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Ensure all submissions meet client guidelines, regulatory requirements, and deadlines.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, providing clear insights into proposal content.
Review and edit proposals for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Maintain a proposal tracking system, analyzing outcomes to refine future strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience in proposal writing, project coordination, or business development, preferably within the design or engineering sector.
Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret project requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and clients.
Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.
A structured and analytical approach to developing winning proposals.
