Minimum Job Requirements:
- Grade 12, NQF level 4 or relevant qualification.
- Good written and communication skills in English / Afrikaans.
- Numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn all operations in a short period of time.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment.
- Good communicator and able to follow a Supervisor and Manager, with his / her instructions.
- Good communicator and able to delegate to General Worker / Operator.
- Strong leadership characteristics.
- Willingness to learn and implement the company’s Food Safety Management System into the Factories.
- Good knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- Work in a team environment.
- Work overtime and night shift as and when needed by the company.
