Our client is looking for a Team Leader: Customer Care to join their team. They are seeking someone with a strong personality, the ability to thrive under pressure, and proven experience in customer service.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Driver license and own vehicle
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Must have customer care experience

Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Assist branch staff, customer care agents, and call centre agents with account-related queries
• Manage and resolve complaints from various platforms, including social media
• Provide training to both new and current staff
• Oversee leave schedules and incentive programs within the customer care team
• Ensure accurate handover of pre-legal accounts
• Manage escalated customer interactions, including calls from clients insisting on management
• Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding account complaints
• Work with the receipting Team Leader on refund and medical aid payment issues
• Conduct medical aid follow-ups
• Support Regional and Assistant Managers in resolving problematic accounts
• Collaborate on social media concerns
• Communicate with Bookkeepers to carry out tasks accurately and timely
• Assist in cancellations, legal handovers, and other account-related procedures
• Support staff with medical aid claims and queries
• Ensure adherence to company policies and work standards across the team
• Perform any additional tasks as required by management

Remuneration:

R 9 600 Cost to Company
