SUMMARY:
Team Leader - Hermanus, Western Cape

POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a Team Leader to establish and grow their presence in Hermanus, covering the region from Gansbaai to Pringle Bay.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of waterproofing technicians
Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Perform hands-on waterproofing work when needed
Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively
Maintain health & safety standards on-site
Liaise with clients and provide excellent service

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in waterproofing or construction
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of waterproofing techniques & materials
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Valid Driver’s license - Non negotiable
