Team Leader – Waterproofing (Hermanus & Overberg Region)

Our client is expanding their well-established waterproofing business into the Overberg region, covering Hermanus and Gansbaai - Pringle Bay. To make this expansion a success, they are looking for a Team Leader—someone with a solid construction background - who leads by example, takes pride in high-quality work, and is eager to grow a thriving team.

Role: Team Leader
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: Competitive

What You’ll Do:

Lead a team of three skilled labourers, ensuring high-quality waterproofing work.
Work alongside your team, setting the standard for excellence and efficiency.
Manage projects, enforce quality control, and maintain client satisfaction.
Play a key role in expanding the business in the region, with future opportunities for growth and leadership.
