Our client, who delivers exceptional cleaning, laundry, and dry-cleaning services tailored to the unique needs of commercial and residential clients, is in the market for a Team Leader to be based in the Paarl area

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Drivers License
Proven experience in a supervisory role would be beneficial
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in managing and motivating diverse teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and coordinate the cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor team members to uphold company policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage schedules, workload distribution, and productivity.
Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
