SUMMARY:
Christopher Group is looking for a Team Leader to join their team.

Position/Title:  Team Leader 
Reports Too: MD
Function: UK Housing Disrepair Claims Consulting
Area: Paarl

Overall Responsibility:
Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the  the day-to-day operations and performance of the agents/advisors to ensure the effective execution of the claims process.  

Main responsibilities of Focus Area
People Management
Recruit and hire new advisors/agents
Training of advisors/agents
Provide sales goals and encouragement to achieve goals
Monitor agents/advisors’ performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Distribute agent/advisor's work according to capacity
Monitor advisors/agents’ adherence to company policies and procedures
Ensure agents/advisors maintain a high level of customer service
Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork among customer service representatives

Process Management
Develop and implement standards, process,  policies and procedures
Ensure Compliance
Resolve escalated complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate records and files of documentation

Business Operations and Optimization
Research strategies to further improve the customer experience
Analyze trends and recommend improvements
Prepare and analyze customer service reports
Develop dashboards to demonstrate business performance Implement customer service strategies to improve quality of service
Manage budget and expenses
Maintain a professional workspace and workflow

Requirements of the Role and preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration 
Minimum of 5 years experience as a practicing attorney
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
