Responsibilities:

Handle member queries promptly and accurately.
Resolve client queries with SARS, acting as primary contact.
Monitor and analyze recurring SARS issues, updating members.
Build relationships with stakeholders, including SARS.
Stay updated on tax laws and SARS procedures.
Address tax queries within deadlines.
Regularly review and escalate outstanding issues.
Ensure prompt follow-up on SARS queries.
Provide weekly updates and participate in planning meeting.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Completed BCom or BCom Honours in taxation
SAIT accreditation is preferred
Financial Services experience is essential
2-3 years tax experience is essential
High academic achievers are encouraged to apply
