SUMMARY:
My client is looking for an experienced Group Tax Reporting & Compliance Manager to lead global tax provision, compliance, and strategic tax planning. If you’re skilled in tax optimization, compliance management, and financial analysis, we invite you to join our team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage global tax provision calculations, reconciliations, deferred tax, and journal entries.
Drive tax strategies to maintain an effective group tax rate; prepare forecasts, budgets, and cash projections.
Prepare consolidated tax notes and collaborate with financial managers across segments.
Oversee tax-related audits, maintain compliance, and manage relationships with tax auditors.
Research tax implications, advise on regulatory changes, and optimize tax positions, including WHT and transactional taxes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Tax; CA(SA) or equivalent preferred.
8-10 years of tax experience, with strengths in tax compliance, audits, and team leadership.
Expertise in financial analysis, tax forecasting, and transfer pricing principles.
