POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
This globally entity in the mining and manufacturing space is looking for a Tax Manager to join their dynamic team. This company has been I the forefront of innovation in the industry and they continue to grow and dominate the market. This opportunity will put you in the middle of the companies’ daily operations and will provide ample exposure in the industry. They strive to provide customer solutions based on science, technology and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Tax compliance for all RSA entities direct tax returns
Review direct tax returns
SARS Submissions
Assisting in audits
Keeping up to date to all tax law changes
Identify and implement new tax strategies
Dealing with tax risk and propose potential solutions
Management of junior tax staff

Qualifications and Experience Required:

CA (SA) or SAIT accreditations is essential
8+ years post article experience in the commercial industry
Manufacturing, FMCG and construction industry experience is preferred
