Job and Company Description:
This multidivisional services entity is looking for an International Tax Specialist to drive change and growth in the group. This opportunity is your chance to add value and be part of major decision making in the entity. This company is a global leader in cross boarder tax and compliance services, operating on all major continents. This company consists of several small to large entities each with their individual finance team, which the incumbent will be tasked with managing, from the centralized office in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The incumbent must be comfortable with an environment that is ever changing. This vacancy is open for all remote working, reporting into the head office in Gauteng.

Job Description:

Tax consulting and compliance
VAT returns and calculations for African entities
Ad hoc travel into Africa and Middle East
Stakeholder engagement and management across Africa and Middle East
Analyse, plan and manage costs

Qualifications and Experience Required:

SAIT or SAICA accreditation is essential
Postgraduate degree in taxation is essential
10+ years’ experience in taxation is essential
8 to 10+ years’ experience in the audit, consulting space
Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred
