Our client is looking for a Tax Administrator to join their team.

Salary: R9k - 11k basic salary

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Tax Compliance & Reporting:
   
   • Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, corporate tax, and payroll tax.
   • Ensure timely payment of taxes to avoid penalties.
   • Assist with tax audits and provide necessary documentation.
2. Record Keeping & Documentation:
   
   • Maintain accurate tax records and supporting documentation.
   • Keep track of tax deadlines and ensure compliance.
3. Liaison & Communication:
   
   • Communicate with tax authorities and regulatory bodies.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data for tax filings.
4. Tax Advisory & Support:
   
   • Assist in analyzing tax implications of business activities.
   • Provide support on tax-related queries from internal stakeholders.
5. Process Improvement:
   
   • Identify areas for improvement in tax processes and assist in implementing best practices.
   • Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and advise management accordingly.
