Our client, a reputable accounting firm, is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Administrator to manage tax-related matters for individuals, companies, and trusts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in tax administration and a strong understanding of SARS processes

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric certificate
• 3+ years experience' in a similar role
• Proficiency in working with SARS and managing tax affairs
• Comprehensive knowledge of income tax, VAT, and PAYE
• Experience with Workmen’s Compensation (advantageous)
• Ability to manage multiple client portfolios efficiently
• Responsibilities
  • Oversee tax compliance for individuals, companies, and trusts
  • Handle SARS queries and liaise directly with SARS on behalf of clients
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and PAYE
  • Maintain up-to-date records of tax documentation and ensure compliance
  • Provide clients with guidance on tax-related matters and obligations
  • Ensure timely submission of all tax-related documentation
