Our client based in KZN is seeking a Talent Manager

POSITION INFO:

Nationality: Essential: South African citizen
Qualifications:
Essential: Degree (B.A. or B. Soc. Sci. or B. Com)
Preferable: B. Com HR Management
Experience:
Essential: Over 10 years post-graduation relevant skills and recruitment experience.
Preferable: Over 3 years SAGE payroll.
Preferable: Over 3 years manufacturing Company experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment of employees using internal and external processes.
2. Talent Management:
a. Training and development
b. Performance management
c. Career development
d. Succession planning
3. Coach and mentor employees and managers
4. Execute related Company strategies.
5. Cover for the HR Manager when required.
Attributes:
 Strong leadership skills, both from a business and authentic leadership
perspective.
 Ability to develop strategy and drive initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes
 Passionate, deadline driven, reliable, accurate.
 Good communicator in English.
