Our Software & Engineering / Technology client in Bellville Area is looking for a Talent Manager EE role from the Software Technology industry – a MUST. The main purpose is to Lead and manage all aspects of talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-caliber employees that align with business objectives.

Salary Negotiable plus benefits – Hybrid role EE position

Min Requirements

Degree in Human Resources

5 years plus years’ experience in a similar role as Talent Manager with the Software and Engineering environment.
