Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Nelspruit area.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• BCom Human Resources
• 3 years experience in a similar recruitment position
• Own transport and valid driver's license
• Duties include the following:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different departments and levels
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company platforms
• Conduct initial telephonic, virtual, or in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Maintain a candidate database and update it regularly with new CV's and interview feedback
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients or internal teams
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Headhunt and approach passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and other tools
• Conduct background, reference, and verification checks as required
• Draft and send offer letters and assist in the onboarding process
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, including placement statistics and hiring timelines
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
