Job Description
Our client has an opportunity for a driven individual to join their Team in the capacity of a Sales Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively look for new business and explore opportunities in the market.
- Building market share across all categories.
- Provide information on market trends as required.
- Plan fortnightly sales call schedules to ensure a value-added approach
- Learn and apply client classifications
- Build solid long standing client relationships
- Build on and research product and industry knowledge
- Develop new relationships through field visits.
- Review customer accounts monthly to identify and solve queries and outstanding matters
Qualifications
- Degree in Food Technology or Equivalent
Skills
- 6-8 or more years’ experience in Senior Sales role preferably in FMCG (Food)
- Experience in the handling of key accounts.
