Job Description

One of our clients is looking for a Senior Production Consultant.

• Demonstrating and upselling products and functionality
• Analysing client needs to ensure optimal product usage
• Managing client related projects
• Work within KPA’s provided for department, contributing both upwards (within the business) and
  downwards (development of team)
• Supervising and guiding a team of IT professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback, and facilitating professional development
• Managing changes to IT systems and processes to minimize disruptions while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards
• Monitoring IT systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Overseeing the teams operations and ensuring timely resolution of user issues and requests, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bcom Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting or IT or Marketing or revelevant qualification

Skills

• 4+ years ERP Production consulting experience
• 3+ years experience in management of ERP Project teams
• Experience with ERP Microsoft Dynamics, BC/Navision and any of the following financial ERP systems Pastel, Accpac, Sage, SAP, or Xero
• Strong financial background and acumen are required
• Project Management experience is necessary
• Knowledge of SQL or any database system is advantageous
• Prior experience with Chase Software would be highly beneficial
• Strong background in software applications
• Must possess visionary thinking and decision-making skills
