SUMMARY:
A skilled Technical Document Controller is required to manage the lifecycle of technical documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and proper version control. This role involves organizing, tracking, and distributing essential documents such as drawings, manuals, specifications, and procedures. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both manual and electronic document management systems (DMS), such as Windows Folder or Excel.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Skills

Relevant qualification in document management or a related field.
Previous experience in document control within an electronic or technical environment preferred.
Understanding of industry-specific terminology and processes.
Familiarity with technical file formats (.dwg, .lpt, gerbers, machine files, etc.).
Strong ability to review documents for accuracy and consistency.
Capability to manage large volumes of documents efficiently.
Expertise in document management systems and software.
