SUMMARY:
Are you looking specifically for a HALF-DAY ONLY position? Do you have knowledge and have worked with – SARS E-filing, EMP201/501, ITSA, VAT201?

CIPC & UIF highly advantageous & basic accounting/bookkeeping skills essential.

Must be bilingual in English & Afrikaans / own transport, a meticulous attention to detail individual who enjoys working in a quiet office environment with minimal people interaction.
Please note: This position WILL NOT become a full-day position.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric with relevant qualification would be an advantage
Must not be running your own business
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles is an advantage
Must have exceptional analytical skills with a passion for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Adobe PDF, PowerApps, MS Planner and One Drive would be an advantage
Basic knowledge of SARS E-filing and terminology such as EMP201, EMP501, ITSA, VAT201
Knowledge of CIPC and UIF will be an advantage
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Works well under pressure and remains calm to meet deadlines
Friendly personality with a passion for customer service
Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written
Ability to work independently, without needing to be micro-managed
Ability to work in a quiet office environment with minimal interaction with people
Must have own reliable transport or live in the vicinity of Century City
Must be flexible with your hours and be willing to work overtime as and when needed.

DUTIES

Co-ordinate and schedule appointments
Answer phone calls, emails, and other enquiries
Maintain and organize our digital filing system
Provide all SARS and Accounting administrative tasks relating to tax compliancy
Consulting with clients and SARS

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
