Systems Implementation AssociateRole Overview

This company is expanding its systems implementations team. The team consists of engineers and financial accountants specializing in implementing leading cloud-based ERP and financial systems for SME clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about processes and systems, with a sound understanding of accounting principles as they relate to business systems. This role is well-suited for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Process Analysis and Design

• Assess, interpret, and document existing business processes.
• Design and document streamlined processes compatible with ERP system functionality.
• Identify change management requirements.

2. Implementation of Systems

• Setup and configure ERP environments.
• Extract, enhance, and import data.
• Configure workflows and user roles based on business processes.
• Onboard, train, and support users.
• Monitor system performance and continuously improve systems.

3. Provide Administrative Support for Business Analyst

• Assist with administrative and technical tasks during ERP and financial system implementations.
• Support documentation, commercial reporting, client communication, and other administrative tasks.

4. Assist with Internal Systems or Data-Related Projects

• Support internal software implementation projects.
• Assist with internal business data management.

Key Requirements1. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of work experience (experience beneficial but not required).

2. Technical Skills & Software

• Interest in and understanding of ERP and financial system implementation.
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles as they relate to business systems.
• Basic knowledge of information security and data protection practices.

3. Non-Technical Skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in teams.
