Minimum requirements:
The primary purpose of a Systems Engineer is to design, integrate, and manage complex systems throughout their life cycles. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that system requirements are effectively defined, documented, and met. Systems Engineers are responsible for assessing system performance, identifying improvements, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and functionality. By leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills, they ensure that systems operate seamlessly within their intended environments, addressing both technical and user needs. Ultimately, the Systems Engineer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Requirements
Education required
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., INCOSE Certification) is a plus.

Experience needed
- 2-3 years’ experience in technical support as a system engineer, 2-3 years’ experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
- Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti-Virus
- CCNP or higher
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
- Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
