We're looking for a Systems Architect who can balance the fast-paced nature of our development environment with the need for solid, scalable architecture. You'll be responsible for overseeing the technical architecture of our custom-built systems, ensuring they are well designed, documented, and able to support future growth. This is a critical role for someone who understands the importance of both speed and structure, and who thrives on managing complexity.

• Design and oversee the technical architecture of our systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Work closely with the development and operations teams to ensure system architecture aligns with business goals and future growth.
• Maintain and improve system documentation, ensuring that key architectural decisions are well documented and accessible.
• Identify and address architectural bottlenecks or inefficiencies, implementing improvements where necessary.
• Lead the architectural design of new features and systems, balancing speed with sustainability.
• Ensure our systems are adaptable to rapid changes and innovations, without compromising architectural integrity.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of high quality, sustainable design.

• Proven experience as a Systems Architect, with a track record of managing complex, custom-built systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and systems integration.
• Ability to design scalable, high-performance systems in a fast-paced development environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and the ability to manage and simplify complex systems.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on maintaining high quality documentation.
