POSITION INFO:

Systems Analyst required for a contract in Sandton to translate business requirements into detailed system design specifications, designing innovative and efficient technical solutions. This role will be responsible for database design, API contracts, API logic, and front-end user journeys, producing clear technical specifications and collaborating on system enhancements and new solution implementations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Interpret business requirements and create detailed system design specifications.
Participate in business requirements creation and refinement.
Analyze requirements and design technical solutions.
Design databases, API contracts, API logic, and user journeys.
Produce logical, technical, and functional specifications.
Collaborate on system enhancements and new solution implementations.

Requirements:

Tertiary degree in Informatics or a related field.
Proven experience in API design and database design.
Ability to write clear and concise technical requirements.
Experience with Hogan.
TOGAF certification (advantageous).
Programming experience (advantageous).
Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
Curious, courageous, obsessed with mastery, team player, and emotionally intelligent.
