SUMMARY:
Our client, a rapidly growing force in renewable energy, is searching for a Systems Analyst to tame the digital waves and keep platforms running as smooth as a glassy sea. But beware—beneath the surface, inefficiencies lurk, waiting for someone with your skills to hunt them down.

This is a role for someone who loves exploring uncharted digital depths, thrives on process optimisation, and is ready to battle inefficiencies tooth and fin.

POSITION INFO:

Captain the Ship: Manage and optimise core business platforms to keep operations afloat

Harpoon Inefficiencies: Identify, improve, and streamline workflows for a seamless operational tide

Net the Data: Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system documentation

Automate Like a Pro: Build and refine automation workflows using tools like Make.com, keeping sharks (inefficiencies) at bay
Chart New Waters: Lead projects to integrate new tools, improve reporting, and enhance data management for a future-ready organisation
Collaborate Across the Deck: Work with teams to boost system adoption and effectiveness
Maintain the Lookout: Create dashboards and reports to ensure data visibility and consistency
Prepare for the Future: Structure data for AI and automation, making your work the stuff of legend

Skills & Experience
Analytical prowess and a passion for process optimisation
Experience with platforms like Monday.com, Airtable, Xero, Microsoft 365, and Make.com
Excellent communication skills (because even sharks appreciate clear signals)
Bonus: Experience with database management (e.g., PostgreSQL) and/or AI

A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures. An individual that possesses great problem-solving skills & an ability to work with little to no supervision.
