System Support Analyst

POSITION INFO:

Skills & Experience:
2+ years of deciphering system puzzles and debugging like it’s second nature
The ability to say, “Did you try turning it off and on again?”—with a straight face
Retail experience is a plus (because you know the only thing scarier than a system crash is an angry sales manager)
Strong sense of urgency and ownership—when an issue pops up, you’re on it faster than a cat on a laser pointer
You can handle chaotic situations without turning into a pumpkin at midnight

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
