POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Academic & Agricultural Expertise – Degree in agriculture, environmental sciences, sustainability, or a related field
Industry Experience – 5+ years in sustainability, responsible sourcing, supply chain ethics, or coffee/agriculture
Project Management Skills – Ability to develop, implement, and manage sustainability projects with measurable impact
Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder – Comfortable engaging with farmers, suppliers, corporate leaders, and community stakeholders
Travel-Ready – Frequent travel to remote locations for on-the-ground implementation
Forward-Thinking & Bold – Ability to drive innovation, challenge the status quo, and create industry-leading sustainability practices
Culturally Aware & Business-Savvy – Understands African supply chain dynamics, economies of scale, and coffee industry nuances
Humble & Objective – A strong but approachable leader with a balanced, insightful approach to challenges
