Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure a steady supply of raw materials.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
• Oversee production planning to align inventory with manufacturing schedules and customer demand.
• Manage supplier relationships and assess vendor performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production, sales) to optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and risks to adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or production planning, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector.
• 5+ years at management level and supervising at least 5 direct reports
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
