SUPERVISOR TRAINER to be based in Roodepoort, Gauteng

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO:

Develop and lead a high-performing team of supervisors by implementing effective training programs, fostering a positive team culture, and driving continuous development.
This role ensures efficient move operations, delivers exceptional customer service, and elevates the Supervisor position as a highly valued role within the company.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:

Matric/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
At least 2 years of Level 2 management experience, with a strong focus on team training and performance management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic user systems.
Physically fit and able to assist with move operations when needed.
Valid driver’s license, own reliable vehicle, with willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to move sites.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Training Development & Delivery: Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for supervisors, ensuring they meet performance and operational standards.

Supervisory Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, and provide training for new supervisors to build a skilled, high-performing team.

Ongoing Mentorship & Performance Management: Provide mentorship, conduct regular training sessions, and monitor supervisor performance to ensure sustained growth and development.

Quality Control (QC) & Reporting: Perform QC on supervisor performance, assess outcomes, and provide detailed reports on progress and areas for improvement.

Travel & Site Management: Regular travel to different sites for hands-on training, performance assessments, and operational support to ensure consistency and high standards across all locations.
