SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Student Liaison Officer / Residence Assistant to be the first point of contact for our students and provide exceptional customer service in our student accommodation. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping students settle into their new home.

POSITION INFO:

Welcome and greet students, ensuring a positive first impression and a smooth transition into student accommodation.
Perform reception and administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing inquiries.
Act as the administrator for student accommodation, overseeing bookings, lease agreements, and tenant records.
Provide excellent client service and assist students with various queries and requests related to their accommodation.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, ensuring all students feel comfortable and supported.
Coordinate with other departments and service providers to ensure students' needs are met.

Requirements:

Diploma in Administration or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in a student accommodation or customer service environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent client service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
Friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for student support.
