SUMMARY:
Multidisciplinary engineering consultancy has a vacancy for an experienced Structural Engineer/Technologist.
Candidates must have extensive experience working on multi-story buildings and/or high-rise projects.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

BEng / B-Tech degree as a minimum qualification
Must be registered with ECSA as a PrEng / PrTechEng
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant working experience
Must have experience within a consulting engineering firm
Must have experience in building structures including multi-story buildings or high-rise buildings
Understand and be able to execute projects from stage 1-6
Must be able to do reports (concept, detailed design, close-out, etc), develop and draw up scope and specification document
Must be proficient in software – Microsoft, Revit and engineering design software
Must be willing to travel (office is based in Durban)
