POSITION INFO:

Respected multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for a Structural Engineer with 5 or more years experience to join their team in Durban.

Requirements:

BSc. / BEng. Civil Engineering
5 or more years experience
ECSA - nearing professional registration or Professionally Registered
Experienced in the design of structural steel structures and reinforced concrete structures
Experienced in the following industries an advantage: Industrial, commercial, residential other civil structures
Able to travel to sites in South Africa and other parts of Africa

Duties and Responsibilities:

Structural Design
Quality control in accordance with the QMS
Site monitoring
Project communication (report writing, minutes, project communication with the professional team)
Project cost management
