SUMMARY:
A growing FMCG company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with their business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Digital Marketing Manager and deep expertise in 360-degree marketing and campaign implementation within an FMCG retail environment.

Reporting directly to the CEO your responsibility will include:

Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies
Drive digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media)
Lead cross-functional collaborations to enhance brand equity
Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
Oversee e-commerce initiatives and paid media
Mentor and lead a high-performing team
Manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
8+ years in marketing, with 3+ years as a Digital Marketing Manager in FMCG retail
