SUMMARY:
My client is based in Somerset West and they are looking to add a Strategic Account Manager to their vibrant and energetic teams. 15+ years of experience in account management, sales or business development (preferably in tech or software industry) with knowledge of supply chain is required.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications required:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to develop strategic business plans and identify revenue opportunities
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities will include:

Client relationship management
Strategic account planning
Collaborating with internal teams
Performance monitoring and reporting

KPIs

Client retention (100% retention of key clients allocated)
Global client rollouts
Services sales to clients
Implementation management
Team mentorship
