SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Store man with at least 2 years' experience in stock control and SAP on a CONTRACT BASIS

POSITION INFO:
This is a contract position in Gauteng, Johannesburg Eastern Suburbs
Duties

• Ensure all outbound and inbound documentation is generated and verified as per the planning despatch schedule
• Investigate and update the WIPmovement in SAP before picking slips are processed.
• Request all QC COC's as per products in ready for despatch.
• Receive delivery advice and process quantities on the ERP system as per the order.
• Request quality to action QC checks and process movement on the ERP system.
• Control rejection notes and return to supplier notes and adjust system order quantities as required.
• Scanning and saving all inbound, outbound, rejection notes, concessions
• Invoices and statements on the system.
• Courier all document packs to head office for supplier payments.

• Diploma of Higher in Supply Chain / Procurement and Logistics
• Two years’ experience in stores environment and / or inventory control.
• Computer literacy and experience on SAP (not negotiable)
• Forklift license will be an added advantage
• Must be in the possession of a valid Code 08 driver’s license.
• Good communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Good Planning and organisational abilities.
