Storeman

SUMMARY:
A well- established company based in Steelpoort, Limpopo is seeking for a Storeman to join their team.

In this role you will manage the store operations by monitoring inventory, receiving stock, capturing stock, invoicing and stock take.

Requirements:

• Matric (National Senior Certificate)
• Supply Chain qualification will be beneficial
• Invoicing experience
• Administration skills
• Safety conscious
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Driver's License and own reliable transport
• Must be willing to work overtime

• Ensure housekeeping to company standard
• Ensure stock are controlled according to set processes to ensure no stock losses
• Identifying stock outs and reporting local and international to Procurement and Planning
• Plans and schedules workflow daily
• Invoicing as per process
• Monitor orders and fulfil before due dates
• Processing and updating backlog report
• Transfers in and out of stock, physically and on ERP system
• Stock acceptance as well as Checking/Verification, physically and on ERP system
• Stock picking, packaging & invoicing, physically and on ERP system
• Warehouse Control and Management, stock storage and rotation
• Stock Issuing, Dispatch when invoicing, physically and on ERP system
• Oversee, participate, run and ensure stock take when set by Head Office
• Stock take to be done quarterly or any period in time required by management
• Stock losses to reported to the Supply Chain Manager, Area Manager and the Regional Sales Manager
• Any other reasonable request by management
