Role: Store Manager
Location: Western Cape - George
Salary: TBC

What You’ll Bring:

Retail Management Experience: With at least 2 years of retail management under your belt, you understand the ins and outs of running a successful store.
Leadership Skills: You have a strong, motivating personality that encourages your team to perform at their best every day.
Sales Focus: You’re goal-oriented and thrive on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Customer Service Excellence: You believe in delivering top-notch service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
Strong Administration: You have excellent organizational skills and can manage store administration and stock efficiently.
Problem-Solver: Handling customer queries and resolving issues is something you take pride in, always finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the store.

Your Daily Impact:

Lead your team to success by providing daily training, support, and development opportunities.
Manage store assets and stock to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Oversee the store layout, ensuring it's optimized for customer satisfaction and sales.
Maintain store standards and create a welcoming atmosphere for both your team and customers.
