Stock Controller required for a company based in East London
This role requires a friendly professional to deal with customers and manage stock effectively throughout the establishment
Key Responsibilities / requirements:
- Previous stock management experience
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
- Receive, inspect, and record stock deliveries, ensuring items match purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain stock in a safe and accessible manner.
- Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies in stock records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Generate stock reports for management and highlight any stock shortages or overages.
- Assist in preparing stock for distribution or production as required.
- Manage stock transfers between locations or departments.
- Communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone
