SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Specialist Solution Analyst for a 6-month fixed term contract based in Sandton, Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria, and would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Analysis (including Business Case) – apply analytical techniques; implement routines; translate needs into user story format usable for DevOps teams; prioritize backlog stories linked to proposed solutions; work with tribe leads to build a roadmap & vision for the products and services; define testing requirements; support the development of detailed business cases
Solutions design (within DevOps Context) – translate business requirements into detailed system requirements; build detailed user stories; leverage business analysis & modelling tools & apply standards such as UML/BPMN; facilitate processes; continuously improve system requirements mapping; facilitate resolution during development & testing phases
Solution delivery & testing (manual) – define the manual testing strategy & test cases; define / validate quality & testing parameters; lead the manual testing frameworks and patterns; provide real time feedback; review & monitor system stability, resilience etc; define / monitor overall backlog planning; provide support during user acceptance testing
Provide coaching & mentoring across the DevOps team

Salary: Market related
