Our client is seeking a Specialist: Financial Analyst to provide expert analysis on outsourced financial data. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising collection strategies, improving financial processes, and delivering high-quality insights that shape business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimisation
• Develop and enhance financial systems, processes, and strategies
• Provide expert recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations
• Lead and manage a team of analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous development
• Optimise goal achievement through tactical strategy implementation
• Ensure compliance with governance and risk management policies
• Communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders and senior management

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor''s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Finance, Audit, Accounting, or a related field
• 8 - 10 years of financial analysis experience, including 3 - 4 years at a junior management level
• Prior experience in leading or managing a team of analysts
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Strong understanding of debt collection processes and performance metrics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
