SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at our luxurious 5-star game lodge. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests, ensuring their relaxation and rejuvenation during their stay. Your role will involve delivering a wide range of treatments, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards, and contributing to the overall guest experience at our lodge.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs, according to established protocols.
2. Consult with guests to determine their individual needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate treatments.
3. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and equipment.
4. Educate guests on spa services and products, and promote spa packages and retail products as appropriate.
5. Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout all treatments, adhering to spa protocols and industry standards.
6. Assist with scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate guest records.
7. Collaborate with other lodge departments to provide seamless guest experiences and promote spa services.
8. Uphold the lodge's standards of excellence in service, hospitality, and professionalism at all times.

1. Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality setting.
2. Certification or Diploma in Spa Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
3. Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare treatments, and spa products.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on lodge operations and guest needs.
6. Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
7. Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues across departments.
