SPA & BEAUTY THERAPIST

TYGERVALLEY - Bellville, Western Cape (ZA)

START: A.S.A.P / March 2025

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Monday – Sunday
• 09:00 - 18:00 (including lunch)
• 1x Long Weekend off per month (Sat, Sun & Mon)
• Days off in the week

REPORT TO: Spa Manager / Spa Director

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R8,500  - R12,000 Basic Salary per month (based on qualification, experience & skills)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
2. DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
3. Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
4. Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist

EXPERIENCE:

1. Day Spa experience 
2. Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is a bonus

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1. Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services (Massage, Facials, Waxing & Grooming, Manicure & Pedicure)
2. Retail confidence 
3. Confidently re-book clients 
4. Strong team-dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
5. Offer bonus skills (Advance Facials & Peels, Dermaplaning, Micro-needling, Soft Gel Tips, Lash & Brown Lift, Lash Extensions, Threading, Nail Art, etc).
