SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Solutions Manager with expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to join our one of our clients in Transportation sector.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions, with a strong focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
Oversee the integration of WMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, CRM) to ensure seamless operations.
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance on project management, system configurations, and technical challenges.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Partner with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
Ensure the timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantages.
Africa experience will be an advantage

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT management roles, with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proven expertise in implementing and managing WMS (e.g., Manhattan)
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
Experience in integrating WMS with ERP and other enterprise systems.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
