POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Solar Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including residential and commercial customers, contractors, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and generate regular reports for senior management.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, policies, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and a competitive advantage.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

• Proven track record of success in solar sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and installation processes.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
